We are looking for the following positions:Sales Manager / Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Regular visit to key clients (local or Overseas).
- Assist in coordination of all pre-and-post-sales’ activities like the quality issues, production matters and client’s invoicing and payment.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or college graduate;
- Proven sales track record with experience in Financial Industry is highly preferred;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Result-oriented and a good leader to coordinate and motivate team-work from various parties;
- Ability to make growth in existing accounts as well as developing new accounts;
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Occasional travel is required;

Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily enquiries and job-related tasks, preparing quotations, meeting with clients for pitching and operations; maintaining good communication with the Sales Team
- Following up jobs, coordinating internal and external parties, resolving clients complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/internal clients are meeting the expectations
Requirement:
- University graduates or above
- Experience in customer service or related sector preferred, but not essential
- Experience in airline industry, hospitality and/or merchandising fields will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, friendly and detail-minded
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure

HR & Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assistant HR & Admin Manager and the team on hiring and staffing issues
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, selecting, conducting interview and closing
- Handle MPF, insurance and medical scheme administration
- Responsible for staff on-boarding issues and work closely with HR Team in China
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily administration operation
- Administration support such as maintaining facilities and office equipment, office supplies, office renovation and insurance administration etc...
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years solid HR experience
- Well versed in HK labour ordinance, familar with PRC labour law is definitely an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coomand of written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Pro-active, resourceful, dynamic, attentive to details, strong passion in people management and a good team player
- Travel to PRC occasionally
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Quality Assurance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of high quality service and final product to customers and related working parties
- Mainly handle and follow up customers’ enquiries, service requests and proofreading all typeset material (in hardcopy/softcopy) for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- To act as project coordinator for job orders
- Handling e-submission to HKEx and web-posting
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated and detail-minded
- Organized, responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work under pressure and result-oriented
- Shift duty is required
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
