Establishing a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace Culture

Our company has signed the Racial Diversity and Inclusion Charter for Employers initiated by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) a few months ago. We are honoured to join the growing network of over 465 signatories to demonstrate our commitment to promoting the values of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

 

The Charter, comprising a list of nine guidelines, provides a platform for organisations to share experiences and best practices, and engage in training and activities related to fostering racial diversity and inclusion.

 

Through collaboration with other charter members, HM aims to enhance its understanding and implementation of related values, ultimately creating a “people-oriented” culture where all employees from diverse backgrounds feel accepted and supported in the workplace, and they are empowered to freely share their ideas and fully unleash their potential.
